In short

  • Operated by a sole trader established in the Slovak Republic, under Slovak and EU law.
  • Contact is by email — separate addresses for general questions, privacy, and legal notices.
  • Full legal identification is disclosed to courts and public authorities on request.
  • The legal contact point serves both users and authorities under the Digital Services Act.

01Operator

SaveOtter is operated by a sole trader established in the Slovak Republic and is subject to Slovak and EU law. The operator’s full legal identification — name, registered address, company number — is not published on this page.

It is disclosed on request to courts, public authorities and the supervisory bodies listed below, through the legal contact address. A rights holder or authority pursuing a formal matter will always reach a legally responsible person; nothing about the service’s obligations is diminished by the identification not being printed here.

02Contact

Three addresses, so that a statutory notice does not sit behind a queue of support questions.

Email only. There is no telephone number, because there is nobody to answer it and publishing one that rings out would be worse than publishing none.

03Contact point under the Digital Services Act

The legal notices address above is the single point of contact for direct communication with Member State authorities, the Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under Article 11, and for recipients of the service under Article 12.

It can be used in Slovak and in English.

This service qualifies as a micro enterprise and is exempt from several obligations that apply to larger platforms. It is not exempt from the notice and action mechanism, and that mechanism is set out in full on the reporting page.

04Supervision and disputes

The authorities with competence over this service, so you do not have to find them yourself.

Data protection
Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovakia
Consumer disputes
Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia — soi.sk
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is deliberately not listed: it ceased operating on 20 July 2025, and linking to it would send you to a dead end at the moment you needed it.

05About this site

Built and maintained by the operator. Text written by a person. No third-party scripts, no advertising, no sponsored content, and no affiliate links anywhere on the site.

SaveOtter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the platforms it can fetch from. Platform names are used only to describe what the service does with a link, which is what trade mark law permits and nothing more.
